Institute Research Journal- Management Effigy
The changing management scenario and the advent of digital economy have necessitated
a management journal to cater to the needs of management scholars, business leaders
and practicing managers. Vision is an academic journal, which provides an integrative
view of managementthinking, empirical research studies and management practice in
the Indian and global context and aims at bringing together academicians and practicing
managers. Management effigy aims at publishing papers which advance knowledge through
research on contemporary management issues and cases in functional areas of marketing,
finance, human resource management, human behavior. Operations management, Information
technology, General management as also macro issues of globalization, regional trade
and investment.
Cultural and Management Programs
The institute organizes the cultures and management programmes in the name of "Synergy
Squadra" for the Graduate students. It includes management games, quizzes, case
writings, etc. so that the students can develop their skills and abilities. It gives
them a platform to exhibit their potentialities.
